Recycle Bin doesn't open

Hi,

my computer recently had a memory dump and since then i
can no longer open my recyle bin or delete files. Every
time i click on the recycle bin icon i get a message
saying "windows cannot find UE32.EXE

Any ideas on how i can get my recycle bin back.

the resolution you've given me only applies to win 98 &
win 2000 but i have XP, is that okay?

I've followed the instructions but i end up at uneraze
wzard abd not nortin unerase, will it work if i delete
the unerase wizard
