Recycle Bin

When the recycle bin is opened it shows to have no files or items even after
files/folders have been deleted and sent to the recycle bin. If I click on
"Empty the Recycle Bin" it always asks me "Are you sure you want to delete
these 51 items? but nothing happens. It never displays these so called 51
items.

I think it is normal bugs, me too be happen that...
 
did you do a system restore? some times the system retore tryes to restore
the deleted files...but cant find them so it just puts like blank files
(registery files?? id ont know) but yeah thats what does.
