IMPORTANT: All the files deleted previously will be erased permanently.
Create a dummy notepad document and save it. Delete the file and let it go
to recycle bin. Now, empty recycle-bin
Solution 2: You may want to delete the Recycled folder or follow Kelly
Theriot's repair solution. (Deleting the info2 file). That should definitely
solve it. You may need to restart Windows after that. (it worked for me
after rebooting the system)
