Recurring Calendar Appts

Hi

We have a repeating appointment in our calendars set up by a user that has
left us. Their account and mailbox has been deleted. Is there anyway another
user can take over this calendar item to change it?

Is there a way for the ownership of this can be changed?

It's a weekly meeting with the manager set up by his pa.

No, a new recurring calendar event would need to be generated for ownership
to change.

account will be deleted without reading.
