Calendar Deleting non-recurring Appts

A

AGerber

The calendar seems to be deleting non-recurring appts on its own. All
archive settings have been turned off. The blackberry it synchs with is
programmed to keep appts forever. Why would the calendar delete appts on its
own? How can we turn this off?

Excuse the question but are the appointments actually gone or is the date
just not showing as bold? Outlook only bolds one month into the past & 11 or
12 months into the future.

The appts are in the deleted items folder, so I don't believe it's a question
of font. Why would they go from being a calendar appt to the deleted items
folder?

Some of the appts were less than a month old. It's not taking place on my
computer so I can't actually check the settings right now.

Is the BB the only thing that is syncing? Is the calendar shared with a
delegate? At less than a month old I'm pretty sure its not the BB.

It is not synching w/anything else. Is this happening b/c we turned off
AutoArchive? I thought that would keep the appts in the calendar forever.

No, its not happening because autoarchive was turned off.

Are you sharing the calendar with anyone?
