Recurring Appointment moved after June 1, 2009

A recurring appointment that was created on our COO's calendar in 2005,
suddenly moved from 8-9 to 7-8. If you look at his calendar every Monday
prior to June 1, 2009 it is scheduled from 8-9, but from June 1, 2009 on it
is scheduled from 7-8. I am told it was never scheduled from 7-8.

The problem is, there are some here and there before and after 06/01 that
they have moved a meeting to another day or another time due to scheduling
conflicts. So, if they change June 1st on to be scheduled from 8-9 then they
lose all of the other meetings that have moved that were rescheduled.

Every other meeting that is scheduled, other than this, one is correct. He
has a meeting each week with each individual VP and those are all fine. Not
sure what happened to this one or how to fix it without effecting the others
that are tied to this one.

Any thoughts? Thank you!

There is a time zone issue on either the client or the server (if using
Exchange). Someone didn't allow their machine to change for the end of DST
or the DST patches weren't applied.

Hello:

I am having problems with a 2009 Calendar template I am using. I downloaded
the template listed below:

2009 weekly calendar (53-pp)
Version: Word 2007
Downloads: 22320
Rating: (67 votes)

I am managing 8 people's calendars NOT IN OUTLOOK but from this template
where we are only posting the regular recurring meetings/classes these
professors have per semester. When I copy and paste for example, a class
schedule that occurrs every Tuesday and Thursday and paste the next week
Tuesday it doesn't paste right. This is driving me crazy because I have no
time to input every single class of every day for each professor one at a
time I need to copy and paste. I am wondering if this template has a
different way of doing copy and paste that I am not aware of. Anyone's help
is greatly appreciated.
