Recurrent appointment and daylight saving time

My customers have Outlook XP and a following problem. They
have made recurrent appointments that span over daylight
saving time. After the daylight saving time the
appointments are 1 hr too late or too early depending of
the time it was made.
Is there a way to fix this. Either avoid the whole problem
or to change the time easily for all different
appointments.
I'm sorry but I don't know the version of the Exchange
server.

Is the daylight time setting set to change automatically and is the time
zone correct?
