Hi, I seem to have a virus since my PC shuts down suddenly for no reason. When I run Norton anti-virus virus scan the PC shuts down at file 6573 in c:\i386.

I am trying to use the recovery disc supplied with the PC. I thought I'd go back to last good installation but when I press F2 on start up to get to the BIOS page the up/down key wont work so the computer waits 30 seconds and then just opens the PC normally.

Any ideas on either the virus or the inability to use the keys in BIOS?
