Recovered from a serious error

Bill

Hi, Every time I boot my computer, it seems to take a
long time until I can start using it as the hard drive
light just keeps on flashing. When it stops, I get this
error message below.

"The system has recovered from a serious error"

A log of this error has been created and then it asks me
to send it to Microsoft. I have sent it, But I have not
heard anything back.

If you click on view technical information, you get
another screen which contains the following:-

C:\Windows\Minidump\Mini090803-01.dmp
C:\Docume~1\Owner\locals~1\Temp\WER1.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

So how can I fix this problem. Any ideas please?

I have a P4/1.8mhz/256meg ram/60gig hd/WinXP home/

There was a patch released for this glitch a couple of years ago. Try
installing Service Pack 1 and all the latest updates.
