error message on startup...

Hi,
I am using windows xp pro and I am receiving this error message on startup
now for some reason. Other than having this error message pop up, everything
is working fine it seems. I would like to know what this means and how to
correct it so I don't have to see the message everytime my computer starts.


The system has recovered from a serious error.

Create a temp.folder for backup .Now open C:\DOCUM~1\"User's
Folder"\LOCALS~1\TEMP\WER1.TMP.DIR00\SYSDATA.XML [in your case
"GLENVA~1"]and delete files in the sysdata.xml folder and also backup
and delete any manifest files or log files in the WER1.TMP
folder.Restart the system.
