"Serious Error"

When I start Windows XP and then log into My Account, I get a Microsoft Windows popup that says "System has recovered from a serious error" the last 2 times I've logged on.

"Error Signature" is BCCODE:100000EEA BCPI: FFA6BB30 BCP2: 81990C20 BCP3: 819A21C8 BCP4:00000001 OSVER:5_1_2600 SP: 1_0 PRODUCT: 768_1

"Tech Info" is C:\WINNT\MINIDUMP\MINI121803-01.dmp and C:\DOCUME~1\OWNER\LOCAL~1\TEMP\WER1.TMP.DIR00\sysdata.xml

Can anyone tell me what this is and how to fix the issue? The system is running fine, but I'm just curious.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Mark
