System has recovered from a serious error

That is the error message (not verbatim perhaps but close) I've gotten twice
in the past week when I've turned on the computer. I click OK and all seems
fine after that but I'd like to know how serious the error is and if I can
do something about it.

Following is some additional information.

1. Information copied from the error message:

C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini022806-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\e\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER10.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml

Error signature: BCCode : c2 BCP1 : 00000007 BCP2 : 00000CD4
BCP3 : 142B0402
BCP4 : E1040300 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 1_0 Product : 256_1

2. Information copied from manifest.txt file that is in
C:\DOCUME~1\e\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER10.tmp.dir00\:

\WERF.tmp.dir00\sysdata.xml
ErrorSubPath=blue

3. There's also a 200+ kb file called sysdata.xml which I won't quote here,
as it's big.

4. A few days prior to this difficulty I got another error message either
on starting up or shutting down about a driver having prevented the system
from starting up/shutting down. Clicked OK on that one and system went on
to open/shut without further problem.

5. The only software I installed a week or so prior to any of this
difficulty was Apples' iTunes.

Any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks very much for your prompt reply! :)

The reference you've provided says the following:

"When you start your Microsoft Windows XP-based computer after you install
an ATI RADEON 64 MB DDR video adapter, the computer may continually shut
down and then restart."

This is not exactly what's been happening. Also, I've been operating this
computer for over two years and haven't -- that I'm aware of -- installed a
new video adapter; the machine has the video adapter it had originally.

Would you please clarify.
