Windows XP Recover missing offline files

Good day.

I have a Cussy who sync with a DR server for backups. He had a problem on the unit and I need to recover his offline status files he was busy with. It did not sync through to the back up server. Any way I can recover.

OS: Windows XP serv3
Domain controlled. Connected trough a route server to the www.
