Recover encrypted data

I have a problem about encrypted files:
I'd encrepted some files in Win XP then I lost my windows
and formated
my windows partition.Now ,I install Win XP but I can't
decrypt those files again,
I had to add that there is no *.pfx files.How can I
decrypt My files?
