Could you provide a bit more detail?

Typically, you would add records to an Access database by opening a form
bound to your table or a query and add the record there.
 
Hey,

In the form that you are using, if it is a form, at the bottom of the form
there is an Asterick like this *, click on it and it will create a blank form
and that will be a new record, it will save it automatically.
