Recording streaming video

There is a program being broadcast (video) on the web, only. Can it be
recorded to my HD?

Googled for any freeware/shareware yet?
Looked anyplace like http://www.videohelp.com/ ?
Figured out what type of stream it is? (Real Media, Windows Media, etc...)
 
In theory yes, but you will have to search for a program that will work
with the website in question.
