Hi,
I know now that all journal items for contacts go into the Outlook Today (or
personal/private) journal folder.
I created another journal folder in Outlook today hoping that by adding it
to the contacts activities tab
it would record the contacts' journal item in both the default journal
folder and the one I created but it is not.
Is there a way of doing this? The reason I want to set it up this way is
that all new journal items created by
the user in the *second* journal folder will be *moved* to the public
folder at the end of the day.
This is more effiecient than synchronizing which is very slow.
Thanks much for any help.
