Recording a webcam ??

Hello,

I hope it's appropriate of me to ask this question here but is there a
program or tool (for WinXP) which would enable me to record a webcam and
save it to my C drive ? Here's the webcam (the first one on the upper right
hand):

I'd also like to know if there is a way to make it update itself a bit more
frequently, to have it "move" more in "real time" ? Thanks!

Hi, Daniel. Do a Google search using the term, "record a webcam" and
you'll get quite a few links to methods and software. You'll need to
look at the links to find what works for you.

As for the second part of your question, is this your website? If it is,
then you can set the refresh rate of the webcam with whatever software
came with the webcam. Also, do a Google search for "change refresh rate
of webcam" for lots of links. If the website does not belong to you,
then there is nothing you can do to change how often it refreshes -
this is set by the webmaster.
