Reconstructing after one disk has failed in a Microsoft Raid 5 configuration

Can anyone advise me what happens in this configuration
after you purchase a new harddrive? I need the
steps...thanks in advance.
 
It should be automatic, started by your controller
after you install the new drive, and boot.
