Recommend a book?

can anyone recommend a book on networking and security in a mixed Windows
environment? By mixed I mean Win95, Win98, WinXP and Win 2003 server.
Problems I need to understand are:

- Creating logons for users for access to a shared server from various
machines.
- Getting all the machines to share printers, disks etc.
- Sharing and security to allow a "backup" share which is accessible for
archiving but not to the general public.
- Lots else that I don't know about yet ;-).

Have a browse for the "Teach yourself in 21 or 24 hours (thats a laugh)
books on your chosen server's software.
