Reclaiming Network

How do you reclaim a home network? I let someone use my
computer and they have basically taken it over... There
are user names that i didnt' set up, programs running
that I didn't install... he had a mask program or
something where it logged all of my information for him
to retrieve at another time...


long story short.. i thought i had this taken care of
but now everything he had going in the background is
effecting the performance of my machine... please help!

You would be advised to put the Recovery CD in the drawer and hit the
hardware reset button.
