This is in Outlook 2003 using POP3 access.
When I was using the same distribution list in Outlook 2002, there
were no problems. Now several of the people on the list no longer see
the attachments.
I don't think (but am not absolutely sure) that the problem messages
were sent in rich text format. I think they were html. One was html
for sure and was a message that I forwarded. This particular
attachement (an animated .gif) was embedded inline, not sent as a
separate attachment.
I've checked both contacts and under the Internet format, they are
listed as "Let Outlook decide the best sending format."
FWIW, when one recipient replied to me about the missing attachment,
her message contained the attachment and I could see it just fine in
her reply.
I realize that I can send these in plain text and they'd problably go
through, but I want the option to use html.
