Outlook 2003 will not open AOL attachments

Forwarded emails from AOL users come to my Outlook 2003 as attachments.
Suddenly (past week) I cannot open the forwarded attachment from AOL on my
main computer. Surprisingly, I can open the same forwarded AOL attachment on
my laptop using the same version of Outlook 2003. Confused
