forwarded emails - can't open attachments AT ALL

Hi - I am using outlook 2003. when I recieve forwarded emails - they appear
as an attachment (little envelope) - but it won't open when I click on it.
It used to - so I don't know what I changed to mess this up. I have tried to
save it and open it - to no avail.

This is not like the AOL problem with the multiple email forwards and
millions of envelopes to open. Mine won't open at all - from AOL users or not

Voila! it worked! thank you! Next step is to reinstall that snappy google
toolbar. I do love that thing.
