Recipient can't open my photo attachements

When I send my mom photo attachements and when she opens them just a bunch of
"stuff" shows up. Letters, words, but no picture. This just started about 6
months ago, before they could open them no problem. Any suggestions on what
the problem could be. I can send the same attachments to everyone else and
they are the only one's who have the problem opening them. They can open
pictures from anyone else also, but me.

Any suggestions on what the problem could be.

She's broken the association between file type and the proper application
for that file type. This is a Windows issue, not an Outlook one. In
WIndows Explorer, click Tools>Folder Options, select the File Types tab,
locate the proper file type and associate it with the correct program.
