Recieving stop message upon startup

Here is my problem, hope someone can help me.
I'm recieving this stop message when windows attempts to
boot up
"***STOP: 0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0XFC5BCBDF, 0XFC90F884,
0XFC90F584)"
I have tried starting up with last know configuration that
worked, I have tried doing a system restore to a point 2
weeks before I had any problems.
Nothing is working, please if anyone has any info, help me
out.
