recieved email but is not showing message

I have download Outlook 2007. I have am recieving emails by the indication
under unread messages and the number of unread messages highlighted in blue.
However you can not see the message. I can send myself a new message and the
number of messages highlighted in blue will increase by one, but I can not
see or read the message.
 
Not filtering my views. This problem has accured since i installed Adobe CS.
I think some how the PDF macro has created a conflict/bug in the Outlook
2007.
 
Check Add Ins and COMs to see if any have been added that might be the source
of any issue.
