Recieved duplicat emails of deleted and non-deleted

I just opened email this morning and my inbox tripled in size (500 emails to
1500 emails). All emails that I had deleted, existed in my inbox, or put
into folders were duplicated in my inbox so I went through and deleted all of
them. Why did this happen, can I expect it again? Thank you

Outlook version? Account type? Do you leave copies of messages on the
server?

Outlook Express 6, not sure what account type means or if i leave copies of
messages on server (it's my home computer so I don't think i have a server).

You're in the wrong newsgroup. Office Outlook and Outlook Express are
completely different programs. Ask Outlook Express questions in
