Recently moved home. Using dads ISP. Can't send or recieve email

Recently moved from Austin to Kansas City. Currently using my fathers ISP for
internet and email access. Need help on how to send and receive emails
through outlook 2002. Can I just creat a new account with my own personal
user name and password?

With the ISP? You'll have to talk to them. In Outlook? Sure. Tools>Email
Accounts>Add a new e-mail account.
