Receiving select mail from same domain on 2 different computers

I know it’s possible to set Outlook to only accept emails from a particular
address, say (e-mail address removed), with a specific topic sent to a specific
address, say (e-mail address removed)? But is it also possible to receive all other
mail sent to (e-mail address removed) on a different computer?

You can receive messages sent to any address on any PC provided you have on
that PC a mail client in which you've defined an account that access that
address's mailbox. If you configure those mail clients to leave copies of
messages on the server (for POP accounts), then you can get the same mesages
on every PC.

Look on the Advanced tab of your account properties. I'll assume you know
how because you don't state your Outlook version.
