How to Send Messages for Two SMTP Domains Using Exchange?

I run Outlook 2003 on a Exchange 2003 server. I have multiple incoming email
addresses for multiple domains, such as:

(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)
(e-mail address removed)

(e-mail address removed) is my default SMTP address and is the address that is
put on all my outgoing emails. But I need the flexibility to send emails all
three addresses.

I know of some 'workarounds' that I could setup, but I'm looking for the
"right" solution as there are probably 50 or so other users that want to do
this too!

Create two other accounts, both POP, one for domain2 and one for domain3.
Specify anything you want for the POP server, as long as it's syntactically
correct, since you're never going to receive via those accounts. As the
SMTP server, specify your Exchange server's SMTP receiver. These two
account will be added to the "All Accounts" send/receive group. Modify that
group to remove the two account from that group because all your mail is
inbound via the first account anyway. Now, when you compose a message, you
can use the Accounts tab to choose the proper sender address.
