Receiving problem from 1 account

Hello,
I have 8 different email accounts on Outlook 2003 and I'm having
difficulty recieving email from it.

I just began to set up my accounts yesterday. They are all POP3 accounts
from another server. All accounts successfully downloaded my old emails from
the existing accounts, except 1 one of them.
([email protected]) However, this account will recieve NEW
messages that are sent to the above address.

A few months ago I played with Outlook (older version prior to 2003) and
played with it without really knowing what I was doing. During that time I
added the above address and downloaded all of the old mail (without saving a
copy on my original server-oops!)
When I upgraded to 2003 and decided to figure this program out, all my old
emails from a few months ago were waiting for me in a couple different files
to my surprise. ( I thought I had deleted them.)
I've already deleted the above account and re-added it several times to
see if that would prompt a new complete download, but to no avail.

Any idea how to get Outlook to download ALL my emails from the afore
mentioned address?

Thank you for your time,
Kurt

Starting with a new mail profile could help, IF the old messages are on the
server, but you said that you did not save a copy on the server.

Thanks for the suggestion Brian, but I need
"(e-mail address removed)" to be able to interact with my 7 other
addresses, according to what I read, you cannot switch between profiles while
Outlook is running
i.e. open a mail from one address and send it off with another.

For some reason or another, Outlook didnt download my old messages when I
set it up again (the ones between the time I first messed around with it, and
now (months later)

Help please.

I never suggested that two profiles could interact, but you can certainly
receive mail with one account and send it off using another. I do it all
the time. Multiple accounts doesn't mean multiple profiles. You can have
multi[ple accounts in a single profile. The reason I suggested a new mail
profile is to reset the UIDL cache, which is probably profile-specific.

Are they still in the Inbox of the mail server? If so, see if setting up a
pop account in a new mail profile will download them.
