Receiving Fax

I can not recieve a fax all seems to be working
till error comes saying error in recieving fax.

I beleive i have set it up right but of course i am
thinking this is my problem.

Help please
 
Can you tell us a bit more? Is the call answered appropriately and do you
hear fax tones? Have you ever been able to receive faxes from any source?
Can you send faxes? Any more specific messages or anything in Event Viewer?
