Can't receive faxes



Hi everyone.Hope someone can help me. I have very little computer skills, so
please be patience with me. I have windows xp with epson all in one cx4800
printer. I have no problem sending faxes but can't receive them. i have tried
both auto and manual to recieve faxes but it doesn't seem to matter. the
error message says there was an error receiving fax. How do I fix this
problem. I have a seperate dial-up phone line for my computer. also does my
printer and computer have to be on to accept faxes.

All-in-one printers do not use and have nothing to do with Windows XP Fax.
You must ask Epson for support.
