receiving emails in hotmail

how come I am unable to receive emails from Myspace? Basically, I had
requested to delete my account; Myspace would then email me the steps to do
so.

Ive made two requests, but no email has been received from Myspace. Any
help would be appreciated!
 
If you receive email from other senders, then your Windows Mail is
working properly. Perhaps MySpace did not really send you an email,
or they are sending to the wrong email address.
Be sure to check your Junk E-mail folder, and if your mail provider
has spam filtering, also check the spam folder via webmail.
