Receiving All Incoming Faxes in one Mailbox



Windows 2000 SBS Shared Fax Service/Outlook 2002. I can
send faxes through Outlook from any workstation, but I
want only one mailbox to receive all incoming faxes. How
do I do this?

your machine & Outlook to have incoming faxes delivered to your Inbox. Other

Once you do above if you want to prevent every user from seeing the incoming
faxes on their desktops (through client console) you need to configure
permissions on the fax server (Printers & Faxes > Shared Fax > Properties >
Fax Security). 'Query Incoming Archive' is the permission required to be
able to enumerate received faxes - remove this permission from all users to
prevent them from looking at received faxes.
