receive only headers

Hello,

i was wondering if somebody could tell me how to configure Outlook 2007 that
i only receive the headers of incomming messages.

One POP3 and one IMAP-account are allready configured.

Please tell me solutions how to lower my traffice.

Keep in mind that Outlook's Junk E-mail filter will work only if you
download the entire message. A headers-only approach will prevent the Junk
E-mail filter from detecting anything.

One POP3 and one IMAP-account are allready configured.

I'm not at my OL 2007 system right now, so this is for OL 2003, but I
beleive it's the same in both. While viewing the Inbox, press Alt-Ctrl-S to
bring up the Define Send/Receive Group dialogue. Select your send/receive
group and click Edit. Select the account, then select the appropriate radio
button.
