Receipt Mail attachment problem

Dear friend,

When I use microsoft Outlook 2003 send mail with attached file, if the
recipient is using Microsoft Outlook 2002, 2003, it is no problem for them to
see the attach file. But if the recipient is using Outlook express, sometime
they can receive with attach file, but almost they just see the content of
mail, they donnot found the attach file. Anyone know what my problem is...

First thing to do is to make sure you're not sending the mail in Rich Text
Format. Use Plain Text or HTML instead
