rececive mail bug

Hi i have notice if i have my windows mail program open after checking my
mail for the day. i cant recive any newer mail unless i close the program
and reopen it again. i am using a comcast address for my account i dont know
if that is the problem. thanks tim

Click on Tools, then Options. If there is no checkmark in the box before
Check for new messages every, click on this box, then Apply. You can adjust
the number to the right of this, but not to less than 5 minutes, then click
Apply.

Comcast is not good at putting out word that you'll soon need this change,
if you don't need it already:
