Recalling sent e-mail & out of office assistant

How do I recall a sent e-mail from the sent folder and put on the office
assistant button.

I do not see these two options. Please help.

Windows Mail does not have those options.
If you need those options, get Microsoft Outlook.

If you mean, pull back a message you didn't mean to send, the solution
involves switching to a mail system like Outlook with an Exchange Server.
It is a corporate-level feature, not found in free email systems.

So, you can't do this with Windows Mail.

and put on the office assistant button.

Also not an option in Windows Mail.

If the recipient has already read the mail, it cannot be recalled.

In addition, it requires that both you and the recipient are using Exchange
server accounts. It does not work with ordinary mail servers.
