reboots when attempting to log in

Upon logging off and attempting to log in under another user, my computer appears to be restarting every time I click on a username to log in. I am running Windows XP home edition, luckily there is another computer I'm using now to try and find a fix

Need any kind of helpful response ASAP, plz!
 
yikes I am having the same problem, I can get into safe mode but that is is
mpoggg
