reboots during offline play

I have recentley installed battlefield vietnam, everytime i play it it will
crash to windows or do a full crash and reboot the system,I have done all the
support from EAgames and they cant even fix it,but the funny thing is now if
you play any offline game it now will crash to windows or a full reboot.my
whole system is campatable with these games

I had that problem before while trying to play Delta Force, I had to update
my video driver....
Not sure if this helps or not.
