rebooting

Hi there,

One of my windows 2000 sp4 sever rebooted
automatically. When I checked the event log it had a event
recorded and its details are:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The
bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xa00b01db,
0x00000000, 0x0a2c0000). Microsoft Windows 2000
[v15.2195]. A full dump was not saved.
Event ID : 1000
Source: Save dump.

Could any body tell me what is the cause and solution
for this one.

STOP error 0x1E is a very common one. Have a look at the
troubleshooting tips at the MSDN Bug Check Codes pages at
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-
us/ddtools/hh/ddtools/bccodes_763r.asp?frame=true

If you installed any new software or drivers just before this
problem started, I would uninstall these.
Often, this STOP error is caused by a faulty driver. On a Terminal
Server, I would suspect a 3th party printer driver, if you
installed any. Many of those are not TS-compatible and can cause
blue screens.
