Getting Memory Dump in Terminal Service

I am getting the following error message while logging out
from terminal service in windows 2000 server .STOP :OX
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT HANDLED
ADDRESS A00B8EDA BASE AT A0000000,
DATE STAMP 3EBLEA3C -WIN32K.SYS,
BEGINNING DUMP OF PHYSICAL MEMORY
DUMPING PHYSICAL MEMORY TO DISK :1.2.3............100,



The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.
The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xc0000005, 0xa00b8eda,
0x00000000, 0x00000000).
Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in:
C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP


Can any one help on this
