rebooting loop

My xp pro install when switched on starts and gets to the xp load page goes
black and then reboots, i have moved this Hard Drive to another pc and it
has the same problem. I have ran the repair console and fixboot, fixmbr,
chkdsk /r and /p but still the same problem.

Any help appreciated.

Even a drive with no problems might not boot in a different computer so
that's not a good diagnostic. What's the history of this? Did it happen
suddenly? What changes where made before this happened - hardware and/or
software? What is the malware status of the computer? Have you tried any
of the safe mode options?
