I have windows XP upgrade installed, now I can not access
the internet. Everytime I try to go to it, it reboots
itself. Everything else works fine. what can I do?

You'll need to reinstall your software from your ISP
(Internet Service Provider) to be compatible with XP.

the internet connection is automatic there is no special
software. now what?

You didn't say how you're getting to the Internet - dialup, cable modem,
dsl, etc. Offhand (and you don't provide enough information to get a
really specific answer), I'd say that your pc's modem (if you are using
dialup) or your pc's network card (if you are using cable or dsl with
an ethernet connection) needs updated drivers for XP. First, to find
out what the problem is, go to Control Panel>System>Advanced>Startup
and Recovery>Settings and under System Failure uncheck "Automatically
Restart". This should give you the "Blue Screen Of Death" instead of
just a reboot. When you get the BSOD, write down the error code and
post it here or look it up with Google (on another machine that can get
to the Internet, of course!). Post back if you need more help, and
please include details about your system and Internet connection.
