Reboot When Playing CS or Media Files

Hello my PC has just started to reboot it's self for some explicable reason,
it seems to happen when playing CS or watching a video through media center
the system reboots then I get a message saying it has recovered form a
serious error
any ideas

See if there are any driver updates for your graphics cards, can you
provide any more info about the error msg? click start/run type
'eventvwr' what do the messages in there say?

I had that problem when I was running Steam. It took me a while to discover
that Lime Light was using it as a backdoor, so I uninstalled the app,
changed my internet IP, and ran antivirus scans. My system stopped going
through the Shutdown and Restart processes and yet, antivirus found nothing.
Just that, everytime I run Steam, my firewall reports Lime Light running
more than 3 connections to my system before the system was given a instant
reboot. No BSOD or shutdown process was noticeable, it was instant as if
someone pressed the reset button.
