Reboot on win2k & stand-by

Hi
I have a problem on my win2k when i use a stand-by or
suspended modes.
Infact when i use these functions the system correctly
goes in stand by or suspended mode but when it goes out
win2k reboot (system correctly goes up only for 10 sec).
How can i do?

It sounds like you have a device driver installed that does not handle power
management properly.

Go to control panel, system, advanced, startup and recovery. Uncheck the box
to automatically reboot. I'm sure you'll find that your machine is
encountering a blue screen. Search on the hex numbers in that blue screen
and/or post them here.
