reboot issue

Whenever I attempt to log off I get a message on the screen END PRPGRAM -
EXPLORER.EXE which I have to end manually to get my computer to reboot. Any
suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
 
Please refer this question to a general discussion group for your operating
system. It is an OS issue, not a browser issue.

Short answer; a third party programme is not closing down properly.
