You can use any of the numerous shutdown commands, or
psshutdown.exe (www.sysinternals.com). BTW, DOS is
an operating system, same as Unix. It does not exist under
Windows NT Server. You're probably referring to the
Command Prompt.

Use the NT Resource Kit utility SHUTDOWN.EXE
However, it is not a DOS prompt. It is a Command Interpreter prompt or just Commnad Prompt.
There is no "MS DOS" in WinNT4, Win2K, WinXP and Win2003 Server.
